"The worst! They messed up on my bill. Barley answer my questions regarding a pass due on my account. I had to call statefarm costumer service to get answer and make a complaint . After numerous calls to my agent office and emails I decided to drop them. I am over Statefarm and there agents. Unprofessional!!!! Still have not from my agent to this day."

"I was concerned about my monthly premium being so High, she looked into my insurance and was able to reduce my cost down by a large amount very easily, and got me renter's insurance at the same time. This was really nice of her and she responded as soon as I had emailed her. She definitely saved a client today."
